The developer that built this particular property used his own plumbing contractors for the project but approached us for a more flexible heating system, to incorporate a wood-burning stove to supply the underfloor heating and hot water.
Therefore, we worked alongside the builders and other trades to integrate the double-sided wood-burning boiler stove (viewed from both sides of the kitchen/family room and lounge area).
This had the capability of running the heating system alone. We linked this burner to the thermal store to which a Viessmann gas condensing boiler was fitted to give the flexibility of cost and efficiency that our clients require.
