Another full refurbishment (practically a new build)! Covering three floors with; underfloor heating, radiator circuit, towel rail circuit, heat inputs consisting of modern cassette wood burning boiler stove, gas condensing boiler and solar thermal tubes. All three heat inlets provided heating and hot water needs through a pressurised thermal store to five bedrooms, three en-suites, and family bathroom.
Once again the wood burning stove has been sized to provide all the heating and hot water needs if required - the customer has the flexibility with the gas condensing boiler and solar tubes to produce the hot water needs during the summer when the stove will not be in use.
