A large interesting refurbishment consisting of under floor heating, radiator and towel rail circuit. A secondary building with underfloor heating, radiators , etc., fed from a separate system with an underfloor heated garage area.
The main property also housed an underground swimming pool area which was heated using a cascade of boilers linked into a low loss header, which also soaked up any excess P.V. which was generated during the day. This provided heat to the pool and hot water to the heating system. Once again the heating was linked to a weather compensation unit to aid in efficiency.
